The continuous growth and improvements to IAE have meant that a major move to nearby Longton in Stoke-On-Trent is gradually taking place, which in turn has seen an ever increasing fleet of IAE vehicles needed to service its countless contracts. Peter Plant (IAE fleet manager) and Jeff Crombie (Transport coordinator) have a combined experience of 38 years in their current roles, a period which has seen the company embrace and invest in more and more truck technology, now culminating with the ongoing Iveco Stralis fleet replacement programme. The first iveco trucks to be purchased were back in 1994 - two 7.5 tonners - and were followed by several Euro tech models purchased for our mainstream articulated work. |
